Food decent but lacked a flavour punch you'd expect with tapas. We pre ordered as a large group but it didn't seem to make a difference in making a smoother service. Unfortunately some tapas dishes came out with the server unaware of what it was and having to get it checked which resulted in food delay and food going a bit cold.

Found on the main street in Selsey, you will find this little gem. From the moment you step inside, you are welcomed by the warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a great menu with a full selection of tapas, cocktails, and moctails. The place is decorated so beautifully. I even have to take a picture of the hand wash station beside the bathrooms. A staff member told me they have a large outdoor seating area that will be open again closer to summer, and apparently its beautiful when it's open, I hope to get the opportunity to go back and sit outside with some more amazing food and cocktails. I would highly recommend it as it's so worth the visit.

Wow what an excellent experience. While visiting family in Selsey we decided to stop for a bight to eat before the long drive back to London. We came across this Mediterranean tapas restaurant and as it looked so lovely and inviting we decided it was the place for us. I had a grilled pork chop with a mushroom and spinach creamy sauce and it was delicious. My wife had a chicken pasta dish and she barley left the pattern on the plate. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and we talked with the wonderful owners and they gave us some insight into the little details all around the restaurant and how some bits they had specially imported. My daughter had some garlic bread some potato cubes and a lovely salad. They also have a bar which serves beers wines and cocktails. The menu is perfect having something for everyone. They have a lovely back garden area and do functions in a private area at the back also. I would definitely recommend calling into Lal Bar if you are ever in Selsey.

A great place to chill out in the garden in the afternoons and evening , lovely food a great variety of tapas tasty cocktails, the staff are great friendly and helpful , can't wait for my next visit, Chilli capriniho made to order lovely stuff cheers Rich The zombie cocktail is on the new menu lovely refreshing definitely recommend
