Amazing food! Had a Halloumi Burger, came with red peppers, mushrooms and chilli jelly.
On top of the amazing food, they had some really friendly and some recognisable bartenders who were amazing!
10/10 would highly recommend this place for a nice bite looking out across the beautiful Sennen beach! �
Absolutely love this place! Discovered it a couple of days ago; we got lucky and bagged a table with a view for late lunch. Dining area was full, fire roaring, friendly and attentive staff and the food was delicious and good value too. Popped back there again for a Christmas drink yesterday. Overall, couldn't fault the Old Success and highly recommend to others :)
They try hard, but there is something missing. The love? It has all the elements of being a fantastic place, but doesn't quite hit the mark. Bathroom not quite clean enough. Breakfast inconsistent. Room not serviced efficiently.
That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Stayed for one night on a SW Coastal path walk with my 2 sons. The perfect haven after a tough day on the path.
The rooms are lovely, amazing shower too. The staff are so hard working and friendly. The food was very good. I loved the fish and chips. Thank to Aaron as well for arranging our taxi for us. We’ll be back next year to continue our walk around the Coastal Path.
The rooms in the annexe are particularly well thought through and designed. Very comfortable. And the views from the bedrooms are fabulous. As for food; the evening meal of fish and chips was very good - hake was a bit of a welcome surprise - and the breakfast, equally so. You need to be aware of the off-site car parking requirement.
An amazing experience all-round.
We were looked after from start to finish by Jonno, Josh and the team and couldn’t have felt more welcomed with our 4 month old Vizsla puppy! When they state dog friendly they really do mean it.
The rooms were great: clean, well furnished and we were asked every day if there was anything we needed by the friendly room-service (sorry we didn’t get names!)
The food was amazing. Like, really really good.

Food was great - classic pub grub and good selection of beers/ciders inc local Cornish varieties.
Service was a bit slow. Felt understaffed.

This is a terrific well priced getaway located right by the ocean. I’s comfortable and clean, the food I had was delicious, particularly the English breakfast, plus the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Stayed at the OSI for our 10th anniversary as we stayed here when we met.

Service, well these guys were superb. One young lady 'Meg' a chap with a South African accent and a lady who perhaps was the manager absolutely 1st class. They were really, really busy. They worked tirelessly yet still made us feel so welcome, so relaxed. These guys are a real asset and really showcase everything that St Austell Brewery are try trying to achieve (I guess!)
I will definately return, I will definately recommend.

Accommodation Review:
We booked 2 nights for a little honeymoon. We stayed in room 28 which is one of their Superior Coastal rooms. The room was stunning, clean and stylist. The view was incredible and we spent a few hours just sat on the table and chairs in the room chatting and admiring the view.
We had food in the pub each night and breakfast as included in the room. The food was fantastic, as was the attentive and friendly staff. I saw on a few occasions where they had to deal with difficult/rude customers, but they would always greet you with a smile straight after.
I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful coastal stay. We will 100% be coming back.
Could not be more impressed with the food and service at this lovely beach front pub. We stayed for 3 nights with our very young puppy. Jonno, Josh and the team really could not be more welcoming. The relaxed atmosphere was perfect for our puppy who loved every ounce of attention! We can't wait to come back soon for another stay!
After a lack luster start to our time in Lands End this place was the perfect pick me up. All of the staff, especially the covering manager Glen, were so welcoming and more than accommodating for us and our dogs. The food was amazing from start to finish and the atmosphere was just perfect. We have booked in again tomorrow for my wifes birthday meal!!
