Very happy they had air conditioning on the sweltering Sunday we visited in September. Our first visit to this particular miller and carter. It wasn't overly busy but they had a lack of staff like most eateries these days. We were there 2 hours for 2 of us, the food came out slowly but it wasn't an issue as we didn't have anywhere else to be. The only main issue we had was that both the fillet steaks were medium well cooked yet asked for rare to medium. The lovely manager did offer a discount off the bill. The rest of the food was delicious. Plenty of parking free for restaurant visitors. Would recommend this venue if in the area.
It was our first time visiting a miller and carter and we were lucky enough to be looked after so well by Leigh, she had extensive knowledge of the menu and helped us with any question or request we had.
We were made to feel so welcome and never felt rushed or forgotten. The steak was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. We will definitely be returning and hope we have Leigh again.
My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
We ordered calamari for starters which was pleasant but slightly lacked flavour so we added some black pepper for more flavour.
For mains we had "The Butchers Block". The whole platter was absolutely delicious and very filling.
It is very filling so come extra hungry if you want to enjoy it!
Always a good experience here. Service is friendly and good. Love the lettuce wedge included, great selection of wines. Worth booking if you plan to go at busy times.
Food was delicious! Had ribeye steak, cooked to perfection. The beef dripping sauce is to die for! Had 2 cocktails that we both enjoyed.
Staff were friendly, helpful but were overstretched so there were some delays in being served.
Would definitely go back there and am happy to recommend it.
Went for the lunch time menu, such good value for money. Food did not disappoint. Not quite as good as the main evening menu but we’ll worth a visit if you’re after a big lunch.
Had a beautiful meal with my friend last night.. the food was all delicious. I'm not sure what the lettuce wedge is about, though!! But each to their own! We both had the 8oz fillet steak for our mains, and both were so delicious and melted in your mouth! All the courses were really good. The restaurant was clean and there was a decent amount of parking! The service was a little slow, but the restaurant was quite busy.
This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend as she said they do excellent steak. Upon our visit, we are overall happy with everything, with the food, service, ambiance and even the toilet. 😅 we actually went for a birthday lunch for my husband so I requested for a happy birthday greeting on the dessert plate and they granted our request that small gesture by the staff made by husband day. So overall happy with the experience and will definitely be back

Amazing food, first time to Sevenoaks, the food was nothing less than perfect, and our waitress Lorrie gave top service, making sure our food was up to scratch, and that we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was great and thanks again to Lorrie to making the visit feel so friendly
