Can't fault ,wonderful food great friendly service ,reasonably priced ,first of many visits I hope

This restaurant appears to be permanently closed. A victim of the pandemic I expect. Name no longer over the door.
Decided to pop in here on a busy Friday evening. I hadn't booked and hoped they could accommodate a table for one. I was happy to find that they could and even asked me if I'd prefer a table in the busy part of the restaurant or a quieter one. I opted for the latter hoping I'd not be forgotten in the quiet corner. I shouldn't have worried the young team on duty were friendly and very attentive. The food came in good time and was very tasty. The service was excellent, better by far than some other places I've been to locally.
Good food. Good amount of options if you want to be gluten free or vegetarian. Friendly staff and service was quick as well. The only thing that was disappointing was that a friend ordered a goats cheese salad without chicken, they forgot to take the chicken out of the salad, when it was returned, they just took the chicken off the top instead of making a new salad. Other than that it was good meal.
Another lovely experience in our favourite Prezzo. Delicious food and served by friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and ensured a very pleasant evening was enjoyed which already makes us look forward to our next visit. During these unprecedented times the team at Prezzo Sevenoaks know how to make customers feel valued in contrast to some other establishments which we recently visited.
This was a present for my husband Mark and I and it was amazing. The food was great and we enjoyed every bit of it, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the restaurant is beautiful. We had a three course meal I had breaded mozzarella, chicken and crispy prosciutto pasta and honeycomb cheesecake, Mark had stuffed mushrooms, chicken and prosciutto pasta and honeycomb cheesecake both had a glass of white wine and a latte to finish. Would recommend this restaurant for either a night out for a couple or families.
Pleasant lunch and lovely staff. I had a problem with my chosen meal (a strange taste) and they immediately offered to change it, at no extra cost and with no fuss at all.
Currently running on a reduced menu due to Covid, but sufficient choice still available.
No issues parking nearby. Staff were friendly. Portion size was ok. Food was pretty good. I have never seen this location super busy so not had to make a reservation to date. May be best to do so with larger groups however.

There was a lot of choice on the menu and I loved being able to choose two different types of pasta. I fell in love with the Meatballs and would definitely recommend this chain. My only problem was that the service was slightly slow and I would have liked water as soon as I sat down.
Great service with good atmosphere. Food very good, lots of choices including "set menu". Very reasonably priced too which can only add to wanting to go back soon! 4 stars
Really good I am vegan so a bit limited on choice. However the Margareta with vegan cheese is good. They loose a star as the did not have soya milk for the coffee.
Good food, pleasant staff, maybe waited a little longer than would have liked for the food to arrive but would still reccomend.
