Can’t get more middle class than this! Cream teas and carrot cake. Lots of seating inside and out with a roof terrace when it’s sunny. It’s can get quite busy here on sunny weekends.

Nothing fancy, but just what you can expect at a national trust property. It has some nice outdoor seating options, as well as plenty nice and cool indoor seating in the old brewroom to escape from the heat.

This was a really well run cafe which was very efficient. There was a great selection of cakes which were delicious and well baked. There's loads of seating inside and out. Staff were very friendly.

Great staff they was so nice and helpful we got some cake and herbal tea and the kids had a ice lolly and hot chocolates and there is a roof top area to sit at and places to sit inside too and as you go into the cafe there are places to sit down there, kids are welcome and dogs too. Great service.

The jacket potatoes with mix bean chilli was very tasty with lovely coleslaw and very decent portion. The scones was also lovely. There was a bit of a que during lunch time however moved pretty quickly.

Coronation chicken jacket potato with salad and cold slaw was great while the tuna version was just soso
