Smashing pub in one of the most famous areas in England. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Worth a visit. Not too bad to walk back up Gold Hill which has plenty of grab rails. Worth it for a decent beer.

Lovely pub and great stuff, poor girl on her own on Sunday running bar and sevice did a excellent job, nice pub cat, good pint of Guinness.

Had lunch here whilst visiting the famous Gold Hill. Had a lovely lunch with large portions. The condiments were in huge portions too although we didn't partake. The ploughman's was especially large and extremely good value. Apparently the beer selection was good too. I stuck to cider which was standard keg stuff.
