AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Our company had a Christmas party booked for Friday the 3rd December 2021. I proceeded to pay a £200.00 deposit to secure the room upstairs. However, I have been trying to contact the venue to arrange food and drinks but I am getting no responses. I emailed multiple times and have been ignored. There number online does not work. I went into the venue a few times to be told the General Manager (Sam Willis) is either sick, not available or away. He has blocked my number so I can't contact him either. I am trying to get my money back now but can't get hold of anyone. I would not recommend making a booking as they will steal your money and ignore you! The company must be going bust?

Had a lovely evening here this weekend with a bunch of friends, we would highly recommend! I think staff were a bit stressed as it was super busy and there seemed to be a few difficult customers around, but they were still so lovely and polite, and apologetic for the wait on drinks. We loved the cocktails and they had some great deals too! Will definitely come back again

I have been here on 2 visits that went very differently. On the first visit, I was expecting a lot but was sadly disappointed. The Mexican stall that my partner really wanted to go to was shut at lunchtime on a weekend, and the Italian place that I wanted pizza from was closed for "an hour's break", massively disappointing the both of us. However, on the second visit, things improved massively. The Mexican stall served us a delicious burrito with Indian rice inside, which is where the fusion aspect comes from. I had the vegetarian chicken wings from the fried chicken place which were also very tasty and very filling. They had £10 for 2 cocktails for students which were served quickly and were very tasty. I would definitely recommend going to the food hall for dinner, but maybe not lunch!
