Attended with my wife and parents. A great experience, food was excellent with a different range of curries than other Indian restaurants I’ve been to. Service was really good and price very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

Attended with a group of friends at the weekend and had the caramelised vegetarian dish (sorry I can't remember the actual name) . It was absolutely delicious 😋. The service was also spot on. I accidentally left my hat behind and the staff were really helpful in getting in back to me the following day. (great response to messages).
My only negative comment relates to a group of around 20 "ladz" at the table next to us, who were so loud we could hardly converse at our own table. No fault of the restaurant, and can't really be avoided, except by attending at quieter times than Saturday night. Which is my plan for my next visit 🧡

Just had dinner in here, had a great meal. £91 for a meal for two (poppadoms/starter/main) + a bottle of wine, a sofa drink and a beer. My new fav Indian in Sheffield. Definitely will be coming again.

Five stars for the food, absolutely delicious. However we ordered for a delivery through city grab, would not recommend, tracking appeared to show numerous stops and took an age to get here, needed reheating on arrival.
So 1 star for city grab delivery 5 for food.

Our first visit from recommendation. Our son lives just down the road from Ashoka and always wanted to go so we went. Booked table on line. Friendly staff. Great setting/decor. Very impressed with the food and a lot of it. the price was just right. We will be definitely be on our next visit and our son is probably going to go back more now it’s his local.

We had a wonderful meal at Ashoka. Excellent, tasty, authentic food and very good prices. We had more than enough food to fill us up and for 4 people including a couple of drinks and an array of dishes it came to £117. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend the restaurant. Make sure to get the prawn puri starter and the Karamelised kashmiri lamb curry, and get lots of mint sauce to go with it all. Drinks wise I'd recommend the mango lassi.
At the end they also gave us these nice little towels which you pour hot water onto and then clean your hands.

The food is outstanding but as someone that does not like to eat close to strangers in crowded space..
Restaurant about 12ft wide by 40ft long ways to noisy and when full you cant hear each other speak..
The staff are great had to wait a 50mins for meal
