The food is absolutely wonderful! Generous portion sizes and amazing quality. The mussels and lasagna were particularly good. It is also BYOB too.

Beautiful food, with great service too, and only 400m from our house...
The seafood linguini was to die for...the avocado, crab and prawn starter...not so much.
My wife had mushrooms, white sauce with chees - definitely the right choice for a starter and very, very tasty]

Went for a meal with another couple, I had baked mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce for starters, spinach and ricotta cannelloni for main and both were delicious. They have a license but also charge corkage if you take your own wine although I thought the advertised £7 was a little steep also a complimentary bowl of bread would have been a nice touch as I've had at times on other places.

I went here last night (new years eve) with my family. The food was fantastic, the service was perfect, my mother in-law needed help with her walker (which they did without question) they where great with my young daughter, great communication with the staff.

A fabulous restaurant. Everything you want from an Italian restaurant. Would recommend anything on menu all our food was wonderfully presented and great tasting. Goats cheese/mussels and prawns were enjoyed and salmon and sea bass both had lovely crispy skin just excellent. Be aware chocolate pancake was huge, make sure you have room. Definitely need to book as restaurant full from moment we arrived to moment we left.

Absolutely incredible food! Definitely the best Italian I’ve ever had. Food was better than the food I had in Pisa Italy. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to return.

I went to Italy in September and the food at San Lorenzo was genuinely way better. Actually the best Italian I’ve ever had, including the dessert. BYOB too!!

Our favourite restaurant. We have been coming here for years - Veri and the team provide amazing service and food. I just love the goats cheese starter, always consistently excellent, and the fish main courses are wonderful (we are pescatarian) we had veggie pizza and pasta last night for a change, and both excellent. Highly recommended.

Wow! Lovely staff. Amazing food! This place is a local hero in my eyes, bring authentic Italian to the crookes area of sheffield. I feel well looked after, well fed and ultimately delighted with the experience 10/10. Cant fault them at all. I would highly recommend the seafood dishes, mussel starter and seafood pizza, perfect. So good I post a picture of me next to the starters!!!
