Mixed experience at large restaurant chains can be expected, but I must commend Wagamama on their consistency through the years. It has always remained a safe option pre theatre or concert, consistent and tasty in their approach.

I've been too many different wagamama's across the UK and this was by far the best customer service I have ever seen, very attentive servers and very pleasant. Big shout out to Fatima, was a pleasure to eat out.

As a Japanese food lover, I saw few resemblance of Japanese cuisines at this spot. The noodles were decent, however it lacked the depth and taste of Japanese flavours. However, the prawn 🍤 dumplings 🥟 and pork bao were nice surprise as it was bursting with flavours. The chicken skewers was good too,
Visited today and served by a few staff … felt a bit uncomfortable initially and nearly left and went next door to pizza express … was then approached by knowledge guru LIBBY , she was amazing and put us at ease .. she went through the menu and helped us choose food … advised and listened OMG THE FO
Lovely meal, never know what to order but staff really helpful as I'm sure most people are same. Food was delicious I did have to send my first main back as I asked for no onion and it came with but staff were quick to act and sorted it. Had starter main and dessert all lovely
Great service, super wheelchair friendly. The atmosphere here feels so refreshing and welcoming. I didn't have much to eat, but the Teriyaki chicken skewers are amazing, and the Edamame was also nice. I would probably go here again to try something else when I get the chance. Thank you!

The food is decent, just not what I expected. There was quite a queue for the food which is why I am a bit more critical - we ordered a Grilled Duck Donburi (13£) and a Chicken Katsu Curry (12£). With a Pink Sakura Lemonade (3£).

Lovely Asian quisine. fresh & fragrant . Good sized portions, reasonable prices . Efficient quick service & delivery of delicious food.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience here, we had a very long day and popped in after a hospital visit and was looked after amazingly well by Eileen. Not only were they professional but showed a great amount of compassion and understanding.

Lovely food and very attentive staff members, my wife has a mushroom allergy and has a problem with these kind of dishes.
