I recently enjoyed a family dinner with friends at your restaurant. Overall, I had a positive experience and particularly enjoyed the: • Amazing vegetarian options: The Bang Bang Cauliflower, Yasai Pad Thai with tofu, Vegatsu, and Yasai Yaki Soba with mushrooms were all delicious and showcased a great variety of flavor profiles. However, there were a few areas where I think there could be some improvement: • Bang Bang Cauliflower crispiness: While the flavor was good, the Bang Bang Cauliflower wasn't as crispy as described on the menu. This slightly detracted from the overall dish. • Service speed: The service was a bit slow, especially considering it was a busy Saturday. It would be great if wait times could be kept to a minimum, even during peak hours. • Tap water availability: When I requested tap water, the response was that it was "on its way." I took over 10 min to receive it. Perhaps offering tap water proactively or clarifying any wait time would improve the experience. Despite these minor issues, I still enjoyed my meal at Wagamama Sheffield Meadowhall and would consider returning in the future.

Visited yesterday and opted for the new chicken hot pot. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but I really thought the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and provide an incredible experience. Even though this branch gets very busy, the staff always manage the queues really well and never seem to lose enthusiasm with each customer. In the service industry, it can't be underestimated how much effort this takes this is especially when you are on your feet all day. I don't live locally but make a point of visiting here when I can because it's that nice. Thanks again for such a lovely meal!
