Beautiful oldie worldie pub, romantic if you were on a date. The food was outstanding, we both ordered fillet steak which was a 10oz..it just melted in your mouth we both said it was the best steak we'd ever had. Ordered the cheese cake for dessert which was home made..again the best one I'd ever had. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, the only fault we had was it was cold inside. The heating was on but wasn't doing much to keep us warm. We will definitely be going back but will be wearing warmer clothing.
The food here is really well done and the staff are friendly. The menu is very good. The starters are exceptional. We usually go for the specials when they're on but there unfortunately weren't any when we last went. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion. Main meals are relatively expensive for the area at £16-£24.
First time here and very impressed, don't let the car park put you off, the interior is very clean and well laid out. The waiters and waitresses are very good, friendly and polite and the food was of a good standard, the home made tirimisu was tasty but there was lots of cream, I prefer more sponge. £85 for 2 people, 1 shared starter, 2 mains, 2 dessert, 2 baileys 2 cocktails and 2 glasses of wine was was reasonable, I would recommend.
Amazing..... We travelled from Glasgow for an event in Renishaw and found this GEM. The food was incredible, the staff were great...suggesting options and special. We loved the food so much we are planning another 500 mile round trip just to eat here again. If you live near here and have never eaten here......WHY NOT?
Really like this restuarant. It is small and family run. The food is very good and authentic (as far as I can tell). The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have only been a handful of times but on most occasions someone in the party had a broken chair. Not too much of a problem but the reason I knocked off one star.
Another excellent meal at Bella Donna. Four of us went to celebrate my birthday. We didn't arrive until late and were eventually the only people left but at no point did the staff rush us. The food was great, the wine was delicious, the service was excellent and the night was a success.
Beautiful atmosphere. The food was top notch. We will be coming back again and soon!! Be good with a group also. Me and my partner went the first time. Lovely Italian!!
I've only been twice but I love the ambience, the staff are friendly and the food has been excellent on both occasions. The waiter also persuaded me to try something a little different both times. Highly recommended!
Absolutely beautiful. Outside of the building doesn't look the best but the inside is lovely. Such a calm atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. No complaints what so ever with the amazing food, and you can tell it is all cooked fresh!! Will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone!!
Really nice Italian restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Had to wait a while for the food to arrive but it was well worth the wait! Absolutely delicious food, can't fault it. Good service, and a lovely complimentary truffle at the end.
