Blue Moon Cafe - Sheffield - Photo album

It's nice finding a little place where you can order anything off the menu and not need to worry about whether it's veggie/vegan or not. I was delighted I could have dairy free whip and vegan marshmallows on my iced latte. For a few drinks, 2 mains and a side, it came to way more than we anticipated
A small cafe suiting in a corner of the street next to the cathedral. One might hardly notice it although it’s right in front of you. It’s calm from the outside with a corner door but buzzing once you step in. Could be because I visited on a weekend. - Great vegetarian options (major reason I fell i
This place is fully vegetarian, very reasonably priced, with some good options for vegans too. The chocolate cake tasted amazing, highly recommended! We had a great experience, 4 stars only because the place could be elevated with some cozier seating, professionally printed/designed menus, or by hav
I loved this place! Fantastic tasting food with vegetarian and vegan options, great location as it was near my hotel and also some local attractions. Prices were reasonable and staff were friendly. Enjoyed having dinner very much here and will definitely go again if I am in the area.
I had some absolutely delicious food (the potato pie), which came with equally delicious salads. I took it away, but in the 5 or so minutes I waited for it to be prepared I enjoyed the very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was all reasonably priced and t
The food was really beautiful and the staff are really friendly. We had four dishes: sweet potato fries, hummus and pita bread, aubergine with tomato sauce, and falafel and salad. All dishes were fantastic. I normally don’t give reviews but had to with this place. Vegan/veggie friendly.
Cute place with a lovely variety of wholesome veggie/vegan options. Couldn't choose for ages! Eventually went for the Jamaican Patty and added the famous salads which were so flavourful. Also been recommended the sweet potato fries so had to get them too. The dipping sauce was so herby and garlicky
Lovely food, relaxed atmosphere, a little pricey.
Sat upstairs as suggested by staff as tables were all occupied downstairs, but it took ages for them to come to serve. They apologised but we had wanted to place our order on the way up which seemed like it should have been quicker and easier for everyone. No menu on the table, so we couldnt even ha
We very much enjoyed the hommity pie (served with a creative and tasty chopped salad medley). Service and ambience are much improved from recent times under Covid restrictions (takeaway only) - let's be patient while our much loved independents make their way back. Very pleasant seating area insi
Probably the best falafel I've tasted for a long, long time. These guys and gals really know what they're doing.
As a gluten free vegan it was great to have a choice of different options. Both the aubergine dish and the tempura mushrooms were devine. Great mix of interesting salads. 10/10 would recommend!
Have never been disappointed by The Blue Moon and is one of my go-to places to eat in the City Centre. Lovely high ceilings and community noticeboards give it a great atmosphere to eat in and has none of the annoyances that certain other places have such as loud music. Great for coffee and conversat
Delicious food, me and my partner had the tempura mushrooms which came with a variety of tasty salads. The sweet potato fries side was 👌 too. Nice airy building with tall ceilings too. Polite friendly staff.
Such a friendly and chilled cafe. The food was fresh and tasty, the portions were generous and the staff were really nice. I highly recommend going here and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Sheffield.
