We had brunch here at the weekend. It's great to have a vegetarian/vegan café with plenty of options for us. We had one Vegan breakfast (the tofu scramble was super tasty) and one vegetarian breakfast (with scrambled egg and halloumi instead). It was very busy (but was a weekend) and is reasonably small so you may need to wait for a table at times. A café with decent vegetarian and vegan food.
Greeted with an array of brilliant and vibrant staff. Alongside the ambient music and wonderful decor, I was stunned by the culinary expertise.
My order was fresh and served in a “home-food” style.
I would recommend the Halloumi on Sour Bread Toast, tons of flavour and aromas. 10/10 🤝
I was looking for a place with a vegan english breakfast, this one was soooooo perfectly exactly what i needed. Big thumbs up for this nice little restaurant. With super nice personel and delicious food. This was certainly worth the detour. I was even so lucky as to be able to park my van in front. :)
Really lovely place! The food was really tasty (and we all regularly eat meat and this was not an issue!) they do not use processed food like a lot of vegan or veggie food is so that was great. Reasonably priced for what it is and they allow dogs! Thank you :)
My friends and I had brunch here today, coffee was good and so was the food. My friend loves tea and there was quite a few to choose from. This place is perfect if you want an English breakfast and it's good because you can choose a full English or a half.
It is always a pleasure to drop by at this coffee shop!
Today was particularly nice, I received an excellent service, and I decided that after multiple visits and purchases it's time to give back a little bit to this gem of Crookes.
I usually order Cappuccino and it's always delicious, never extremely hot like Costa or Starbucks, but nice and smooth to drink.
The baristas are smiley and kind, and always make a good impression.

Tasty Sunday breakfast. Nice touches: home-made sausage patty things, proper tealeaf tea, good quality sourdough toast. Couple of reviews whingeing about prices, but you really do get what you pay for so why settle for less when you want a lovely eating experience?
Very warm, nice and welcoming cafe with a good selection of vegan and vegetarian food. I didn't like the coffee though (I had the batch brew, which felt quite dilute). Wait for the food was rather long, but overall a good experience.
Really delightful Friday evening meal, Indian theme this time, delicious food, three courses in a lovely informal atmosphere. Freshly cooked delicious vegan food, friendly, good music and atmosphere, what a great place to spend a Friday evening with friends.
A fantastic place to eat delicious food and drink great coffee. The avocado sourdough with tempeh is executed to perfection. Highly recommend!
