Went for dinner the refurb is amazing was are 1st time eating here the staff couldn't do enough for us very helpful & friendly the food was cooked to perfection we had the double dipped Ribeye cooked medium was worth every penny we will be back
Excellent service was greeted at the door and seated as I booked in advance the staff waited on us hand and foot instead of having to get up and down to the bar we just settled the bill at the end the food was really lovely and was cooked and on our table really quickly will deffinately becoming back in future only down side I have was they wasn't a meal I wanted available at the time but I chose something else and wasn't disappointed at all and get a plateful would highly recommend.
The pu is lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful. I hadn't been for some time and usually went through the day when the pub was quiet. This was a Saturday evening, so was getting quite loud. Menu had changed and I was struggling to find something I liked and ended up with the Jamaican Stew which came with pilau rice and flat bred. Had expected veggies in the stew but all there was, were a couple of pieces of spring onion. It was tasty, but I have always thought that stews came with veg.!
New Menu drew us back and we were not disappointed.
Booking is advisable , due to being very busy ( especially round tea time 1700hrs onwards ).
The welcome was warm , and friendly .

Relaxed Sunday afternoon at the Belfry. Couple of drinks and shared starters and waffle fries. Service excellent, food prepared quickly and arrived piping hot. Pub grub at its best.
Having visited the Belfry on many occasions we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The food doesn’t fail to satisfy and two meals for £11.99 is great vale for the price. The service is excellent and the atmosphere welcoming.
Visited for a meal with the family, as part of our annual rememberence of my partners Mum.
Food portions were huge and not badly priced. Server's were friendly and when a staff member heard me apologising to my niece, because the desert she wanted was out of stock, she must have told management/FOH and the Lady came and said they'd had a delivery and she could have one if she wanted it (before we even ordered) such a lovely gesture!

First visit. Polite staff. Clean seating area. Nice pint of shandy. Other customers were adult & seemed sensible. No 'Gobby' youths.

Just been to the Belfry this evening.The service and staff were excellent.Very friendly and polite.Meal was good value for money,piping hot,delicious and well presented.Very happy customer.
