It was difficult to locate the car park through Google map.
Very massive parking space which is great.
We booked a seat for 2 but it looks like walk in is also allowed
We requested to change our seats to a less lit place and it was granted.
There was a delay in taking our orders.
Food didn't take long to arrive, the temperature and plating was good.
Some items on the menu that we wanted were not available, so we had to pick something else.
The food tasted great.
The ambience was amazing, the toilets were also very clean.
Nice food, a little pricey for what we got (especially the soft drinks ) but service was prompt, friendly and efficient.

Excellent food and service. We were a party of 9 (5 of which being young children) The staff were very attentive and patient. They were very friendly despite us taking forever to choose what we wanted to eat.

Great experience overall. Food was delicious and good portion sizes. I customised my burger and it arrived exactly how I asked. The veggie Fridays “chicken” strips were delicious!!
Lucy was our server who was a delight! The restaurant seemed to go from empty, to manic, in the space of 10 minutes, but she kept her cool; Drinks were cold, food was hot, and she kept smiling and laughing. She even had time to make balloon animals for some of the kids on another table. Thank you Lucy!
The only thing I would fault was that the prices were on the higher side, and it was very hot inside the restaurant, making it a little uncomfortable. Lucy did bring us ice cold water though so she did everything she could to make sure we had the best Friday experience!
Staff were very friendly. Food was just the right size portions. Presentation was appealing and the food was very nice. There was some food off the menu, but this was due to supplier issues, however we all chose something we wanted. Desserts were lovely.
I had a fantastic experience at TGI Fridays, largely thanks to the excellent service provided by Freya. Her attentive and friendly demeanor truly elevated my dining experience. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making the meal even more enjoyable. Kudos to Freya and the entire staff for creating a memorable visit!
Got seated really quickly our server Ishy was professional funny got us what we ordered super quick. The food and drinks were great and with unidays 30% off well priced too. 100% recommend and ask for Ishy when you go sound guy sorted my mate out for his birthday
The servers were really good, especially Ismail, who gave fantastic customer service. I felt he was let down by whoever was in the kitchen though as the steak frites came with no seasoning rub or garlic butter on it and the mushroom was missing too. Luckily the servers sorted everything out and made my daughter a cute balloon animal too.
Me and a few friends travelled form Nottingham to Sheffield to watch pulp at the arena. We decided to have something to eat at tgi Fridays as it was convenient for the arena. Anyway The food was fantastic I had a glazed burger and a chicken platter for starters. Really tasty food and very friendly staff. We was even talking about the food on the way back home. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a great experience.
