As always... excellent food from their seasonally changing menu. I had the Deeeelicious Risotto full of yummy veg and goats cheese, whilst my friend went for the Rhubarb and Lentil curry with Paneer... of course I was obliged to try hers too!! Yum.... for dessert we both opted for the Chocolate sundae topped with homemade marshmallow sublime. Pair all this overload with an excellent local brew 6% IPA and I went home a happy bunny...... we will be back.
What more could you want! More beers than you can imagine and delicious food! We have visited this place many times and it only gets better. The staff are friendly and very professional. The menu is limited but there is something for everyone even vegetarians. With a relaxed open plan design with private little corners for couples it is spot on! With a beer garden are the back that has covers if needed.
Thorough range of Abbeydale beers on cask and keg, and great food. Nice place to spend a Sunday lunchtime. Also very good home made pork scratchings.
