Today I visited the restaurant with 2 of my mates. We were promptly met by Emma who kindly seated us and was instantly very friendly, bubbly and professional. Emma served us throughout our visit during which she remained chatty, professional and polite. At one point Emma served an elderly customer who was visiting on his own. This customer appeared to become upset by something which I believe were his personal circumstances. Emma showed incredible compassion and care to this male, giving him a hug and going the extra mile within her work. This is something we need to see more of and the Harvester business should be really proud of. Emma you're a credit to the chain, the public you serve and yourself. Thank you.

Visited for some food today and was really impressed with how quick & efficient the whole experience was, we was quickly seated as soon as we walked in and given menu's and ordered very shortley after the food was amazing and well presented. Our server Jade M was brilliant and recommended us some dishes as we was unsure and was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience really enjoyable we will look forward to visiting again next time I'm in the area .
