We’d preordered a vegetarian afternoon tea picnic box. We also got some hot drinks. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was amazing, so delicious and such a good portion. We took it home to enjoy the leftovers the following day! Only slight issue was that the a/c was running, it was a cool day so it made the inside chilly.

Worth a visit just for the outdoor pods to sit in for a coffee and cake- the seating is really comfy and they have little cushions as well making it feel homely and cosy. Gluten free carrot cake was very tasty and the hot chocolate was lovely. It's super clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating!

Very pleasant and modern with some lovely views of countryside and over the Butterfly House. Wonderful cakes and good coffee. Also good food menu and good service. A great place for a chat or meeting. Lovely and warm in the upstairs area with comfy sofas and chairs. Find the excellent cakes hard to resist! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Brilliant service & friendly staff with excellent social distancing measures & hygiene practices in place. Afternoon tea for 2 highly recommended, stunning food and lots of it providing good value for money.

Booked afternoon tea at Lotties Place to start the day at tbe Butterfly House and it was lovely. Staff was attentive and made sure we had plenty to drink, food was great - scones were huge and very nice with plenty of clotted cream available. We were stuffed after sandwiches and scones, and they happily boxed up our sweets to take away.

Super place to sit and enjoy a coffee! Beautiful surroundings and lovely ambiance. Waitress service which is always nice as I dread carrying a tray full of wobbly coffees up a flight of stairs 😂 Would definitely go here again!

Very nice coffee. Always lovely cakes, which seem to be different each time. Prosecco & strawberry cheese cake this time Yum. Nice surroundings.

Nice little cafe with upstairs and outdoor seating. The menu items were not vast. But if you’re looking for a hot drink and a light snack, then this is the place.
