Been and had a 3 course meal today with the husband. First time visiting. The food was cooked to perfection. Well done chef. The lady serving who's name was Clare was lovely. Was there to answer any question we had. Well impressed. Will definitely be returning. Service was fast and efficient to. 5*s from us.

This is a great pub with a fantastic, friendly team! The atmosphere is relaxed with a divide between dining area or more of a pub space, darts, pool, etc. something for everyone and a huge range of age groups. I love that dogs are welcome and families have a comfortable place to bring their children too! The food is lovely and well priced, service is second to non! Jenny and Harrison are fab!! Highly recommend a visit!

Matt and all the team at the Hare and Hounds do a great job at making people welcome. We have been visiting the Hare and Hounds as the "Thursday Ladies" for three years now nothing is too much trouble
We often feel that the pub is neglected and not used to its best potential. It is a lovely pub in a great setting with great staff. The brewery should take advantage if this and not let the place fall apart. Competion is just around the corner!
Not the kind of place you'd go for a relaxing drink, but great place for cheap pub grub with the kids. Lots of choice and exciting desserts! Situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Dore.
Regularly visit for something to eat and a couple of pints, good service and good food, haven't had a disappointing meal yet
