I love this Costa Coffee Shop. Well situated for the Peace Gardens, Winter Gardens, Millenium Galleries, and Theatres. I'm a regular customer and enjoy the coffee and the good selection of scrummy cakes and snacks. But what makes this is the hardworking team of friendly Baristas.
Friendly greeting greeted me on my arrival, I needed my morning coffee, my cappuccino was expertly put together with care, I used my reusable cup, you get double points on the app and being kind to our planet.
All areas are clean and tidy and table are cleared quickly.

This is one of many busy Costa branches in the town centre. It's had a refurb since I had last been in, which is admittedly a while ago. Due to the time of day wasn't too busy, service was attentive and friendly, food was nice enough, Costa does need to up it's coffee game compared with other chains
Staff let me in a couple minutes early which was really kind. Nicely furnished place, comfy seats.
Would like to add, I’ve now become a regular on Sunday mornings. Cigdem (?) always greats me with a lovely smile and provides excellent customer service. Thank you.
Me and my friend had a fabulous experience at this shop, with a very spacious inside area that is comfortable! I enjoyed my Americano and it is a plus that they don't have a protective screen at the till, also cleanliness had been maintained.
Fast and friendly service. Good drinks and food. Seating was adequate but needed more places to sit and more comfortable seating. Otherwise very good and happy to visit again

Love this place. Excellent hot chocolate and coffee. Opens early so if you have early starts, a great place to grab a hot drink.
I visited about two weeks ago. Upon entry, I suddenly felt very sick and had to make a quick exit for an uncontrolled bout of sickness.
I was overwhelmed and had to, unfortunately, make use of some bushes next to the shop.
