found a hair tie in my 4 year olds happy meal. Went through the drive through and didn’t get a receipt so i can’t make an actual complaint but this isn’t safe.
My 5 star is for Susan on the shop floor. She did an amazing job to rectify my order and keep the store clean. She was very busy but always smiling. Our food was cold and we got the wrong drink but Susan was straight to help me and my 2 kids. She an asset to ur team.
Slow service in drive through. All of us received burnt mcmuffins, which of course we only noticed after we drove off.
I ordered through app to make it faster... Big mistake!! Got to the window and it weren't ready so they told me to park up. 3 people got served first BEHIND me and when food came it was cold. I won't be using this one ever again and when I asked about it and why mine took longer to say I didnt order a lot, the staff member was rude!
