Good place for some dinner, you come for the buffet and not anything else. Eat your fill then pop off. Foods already prepared and hot to take to your table. Worth it!

Better than some other pizza huts we've been to. There's less selection for the buffet when it's quiet. You can see the difference the busier it gets. But we were in quite a while and didn't get funny looks to leave, so can't really complain too much. Staff were friendly enough without being OTT. You pay before getting served now, so no waiting around for the bill either, which is handy if you don't have time to hang around (especially when they're busy)

Not been for a few years due to food poisoning at one of them. Where they accepted no responsibility or showed any empathy. But a colleague wanted to eat here one lunch time last week. Much improved service and food quality and I enjoyed my buffet lunch.

Popped in here for a bite to eat while in Sheffield We were greeted at the entrance led to a table and given menu's. After deciding what we were ordering had to get up and go to the tills to order and pay upfront. I'd taken my coat off which had my phone in it and left it at the table so found myself trying order while keeping one eye on the table! When the drinks and food started to arrive we had to ask for bowls for the salad two of us had ordered? These were supplied promptly however this meant our drinks and pizza were getting cold while we went to the salad bar,i found that the bowls provided were smaller than those I'd had at other Pizza huts as well. The quality of the food was of the usual good quality I've experienced at Pizza Huts in past so no issues there. All the short coming's were around the way orders were taken and processed not with the staff who were friendly and happy to help. It wasn't that busy on the evening,so no excuse's there. The other issue revolved around the food offered was that this Pizza Hut only had the smallest sized pizza for sale? I found this disappointing because i have a healthy appetite! The store itself was fine being clean,warm and well lit and good clean restrooms. I don't know if this particular Pizza hut has chosen to operate the way they do in an effort to reduce costs?. For me the quality of the service is just as important as the quality of the food when dining out.

Staff were friendly. Unfortunately a screaming baby was unattended by two women and spoiled the atmosphere. Maybe the women should have been approached by staff to calm the situation. Food was good and had a Gluten Free menu. Well done for that.

Always great service. Food comes pretty quick. Staff are pleasant and eager to serve with a bubbly attitude. The food is always amazing never had any problems. Great place to go eat and very family friendly as well which is nice for families of all sizes.

We love pizza hut... this branch is quite clean... never used the toilets so can't comment on that. Three staff are friendly and accomodating.... always keen to give the best service... only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that every time we go there is always something missing of the menu.... last time there was no coke...salad bar didn't have fill selection... today no garlic bread and no mac n cheese...and most of the flavoured fizy drinks were sold out.. but the staff go out of their way to make up for it.... i will keep going again and again as is my kids favourite restaurant

Great Pizza as to be expected. Buffet had a great variety of pizza types and options. Service was quick and friendly, we did want to take a bit of their promotional material back to the office but we weren't allowed which was a shame...

Not visited pizza hut for years but the new look restaurant and lunch offer pulled my attention. Was greeted well and taken to my seat. Plenty of food choice and the quality was great. I was eating on my own today and was tube only diner at the time (just opened) usually it can feel awkward but the waitress came over and had a chat which made the visit great.
