The staff were brilliant today (Saturday 30/10/2021). They were all very friendly, happy, enthusiastic and helpful. My "environmentally friendly" straw bent and split. One of the staff immediately came over with a new one, before I'd even had the chance to process that it was no longer working. The whole place was exceptionally clean and tidy. 👍

This is the best costa branch in Sheffield, and it is mainly because of the fatastic staff. They are brilliant and super friendly

Cleanest Costa I’ve ever been to! Saturday afternoon (4pm) hot choc and snack and not only was the service fantastic/friendly but the whole place inc the toilets were immaculate. Costa need this as an shining example to all their other outlets. After recently moving back to Sheffield from London I have been very disappointed by standards of cleanliness in quite a few of their outlets but this made a welcome change!! Thank you 😃

Passed this costa many time but first time I called in but its not the last lovely friendly staff some where to put my bicycle life dosent get much better than this will definitely be calling again very soon

Giving 5 stars simply because the lady who was cleaning the tables and chairs near the sandwich chiller at 1500 on a Sunday (08/05/22) was incredibly polite and well mannered. I came in there for a vegetarian panini and they didn't have it. She was so kind, polite, humble and apologetic and was guiding me for alternate options. I mean, I would not have given 5 stars but just because of the exceptional customer service in giving them this rating.

The barista was super friendly and helpful but the cashier was very abrupt and serving customers behind us before we had even finished ordering. It wasn't that busy to be rushing the queue.

We didn't eat, so I can't say re food. Friendly staff and the place was clean, barrista knew what he was on about when we asked for dairy free milk, so I could have a drink risk free.
