Really great Costa, it's clean, well located and staff were friendly. I was having trouble deciding what to get and the staff helped me by choosing the perfect milk frappe style drink.
Of all the Costa coffee shops from Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derbyshire ,the service and friendliness in St James's Costa especially Kay Lee is exceptional 👌.
Large Costa, nice layout and very clean. Staff were friendly and the coffee & food was to a good Costa standard. There is also some outside seating.

Pretty much like most Costa's but because it's inside another store there seems to be slightly less pretentiousness than proper Costa's. That can be found in the Costa right opposite.
Not sure why we need two Costa's within a few yards of each other but hey.

A busy branch of Costa Coffee on a Retail park. Serves good coffees and teas together with a variety of chocolates and cold drinks. Nice range of cakes, tea cakes, sandwiches and Paninis which can be toasted if required. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
I stopped here on the way through; it seemed like a new store in a busy retail park, but the store itself was quiet. We got the service of any Costa, although the staff were busy talking and not as attentive as I've seen in other stores. One star was removed for the latter; customer service is vital
Costa coffees don't need publicity, always good. More expensive than most but special coffee. This one is nice as you can combine easily with shopping, a treat before the trip home.
Always consistently good coffee (Oat milk Flat White) quick service, lovely staff. Gets very busy in the morning after 9am as it's so popular.
