My usual flat white and toasted tea cake or tuna melt toasty to eat inside is the best! The negative comment is on a sunny day it streams through the window making it hot and dazzling for the staff to work in and also the customer, even in winter. So the branch could do with blinds to redirect the sun away from the counter and tables.
Waited in the queue of 4 people for over 10 minutes, it was most amusing watching the 2 young lads trying to work at Costa. Do they not have any training? The cappuccino was made all wrong. Should've gone to Archer Road Costa instead, never had a problem there, my mistake.

Popped into this very handy costa coffee situated in busy saint james retail park very welcome after going round shops nice branch comfortable and same good quality coffee served no problem finding a seat parking easy the barista was very knowledgeable which is always good as I like to taste different coffees
Modern, fresh and appealing design. Spotlessly clean and a great outdoor terrace with (sort of) a sea view. Great chat with Jack who was one of the most motivating and friendly Costa staff I’ve come across. Five stars!
