Doing ok under the circumstances. Lovely view from the outdoor sitting, could be troublesome on a rainy day.
Cakes were decent, perhaps a bit overpriced at £3 each. Hot chocolates were good, and double espresso was ... average.

Lovely cafe, always a nice stop round Graves Park, no inside seating at the moment due to structural issues but takeaway still available

I'm still going to give this 5 stars as the cafe is operating under difficult circumstances. We came here often after covid, a great outdoor space, but not been in a while. So, it's outside eating at the moment due to structural work on the building, but we still received great service and good food it a time that must be hard for the cafe owners and staff. It was a lovely sunny day, so we sat at the picnic tables they provided, and it felt like the same great relaxed atmosphere we were used to when we sat inside. This place is so welcoming and relaxed, a good place to stop after a walk in the or play park. We'll done to all that has kept this place going.

Doing well under the circumstances, think it's having a refurbishment. But did enjoy the morning at graves park

Cafe has reopened after being closed for safety reasons, will be great when restored or outdoor in summer

Lovely little cafe, only had a drink and chips with gravy but they were tasty and a good portion size. It does look closed with all the scaffolding and fencing, could use a few more external signs to tell people it's definitely open and to pop in because it should be being used more!

We love the rose garden cafe which is in graves Park, at the moment you have to queue to get in but the service and the food is still great, they offer a great selection of food and drink and offer outside seating. They have a lovely garden area which is lovely to look over whilst having food and drink. Would recommend

A bit of a mess at the moment due to the building work, but at least it's still open !

Sheffield City Council need to pull their finger out and get this asset repaired sharpish!
We the people of Sheffield won't stand for any delays or further misappropriation of charitable funds.

Nice variety of food, excellent service and a tasty cappuccino, everything for a good price. The space is large and well decorated, ideal place for family with small children.
Sunday's cakes were a bit too sweet, but all freshly made.
I truly raccomande it.

Absolutely lovely staff and service, a range of vegan options as well as multiple dairy free milk choices. The server even gave us an extra sausage rill for free as it was late! Coffee was amazing and the sausage rolls were delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

Sits in Graves Park with a lovely outlook to a Rose Garden. We would have sat outside but we saw a rat and a mouse under the picnic tables so we sat inside. The food is lovely, and the staff are very nice. I had Quiche and salad which was lovely. Prices are very reasonable

The cafe is lovely serving good value and tasty food and the rose garden is a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a takeaway coffee. However I would have given it 5 stars if the council had done something about the rats that you share the outside space with! It's very off-putting and not good for the families whose children play on the grass!
UPDATE
After contacting the council I have been assured that the problem is being dealt with and there are now notices in place explaining how the public can help.

They did well considering you can only get takeout as structural work is in progress. Limited menu but very acceptable.

Excellent customer service, value for money and a really relaxed atmosphere. Well worth a visit in the beautiful surroundings of the garden and I would recommend the Coffee.

This cafe used to be a nice place but the young staff have lots of attitude and dont seem to understand that when a 3 year old is potty training sometimes going to the toilet is urgent. And standing banging on a door shouting that customers have a cheek is not appropriate and good for business.

I visit graves park regularly with my 2 children and have been in this cafe on 2 occasions! I find it very dirty even when it’s not too busy, and the staff are very short and rude! When I’ve asked for a tea I had no hello or welcoming face and felt like I was wasting there time and they didn’t want to be there,I could also hear staff complaining about customers very loudly for everyone to hear and moaning about their jobs! This has happened both times I’ve been there.
I also find the play area inside facility the worst I’ve seen, hardly any toys at all and dirty!
I believe management need to seriously look into this as I can see I’m not the only one who feels this way

Very simple food, done very badly. Visited today and was a terrible experience. The sign said 30min wait but was nearly an hour wait for two panini's. The "panini's" turned out to be burnt baguettes and the filling was barely melted. Minimal customer service and quite dirty. I understand it was a bank holiday so extra busy but no excuse really for how bad the whole thing really was! Never again!

Nice Cafe not too expensive but not a massive choice but probably something for everyone.

Great coffee and service, will definitely return!

The worst customer service I have ever encounted. The oldest member of female staff was rude to customers more than once. Shouted at children for playing in front of fire doors but the fire doors were blocked by their highchairs and the play area itself is situated in front of the fire doors. When this was pointed out she began to have a full on shouting argument with a member of the public. Found it acceptable to holler across the cafe to embarrass my son who was collecting his baby cousin from the play area to get out. On speaking to a manager and getting a half hearted sorry, the member of said staff wasn't even reprimanded. Both situations could and should have been handled differently. APPALLING PLACE, WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.
