A wonderful team. So friendly and kind. I sat upstairs for the first time and was surprised how lovely it was. Spacious but incredibly cosy too. The food and drinks were tasty and hot.

Went in to Costa today feeling very tired and really quite low. They guy that's served me was bright and cheery which made me smile. The service was fantastic and he went the extra mile. I would highly recommend Balborough Costa - best one around by far š

Christmas menu pig's in blankets toastie turkey and trimmings toastie small skinny latte and a breakfast tea me and my wife very happy š

Was lucky to find this, very difficult to see hidden behind the worst looking KFC I've ever seen (although it is shut). Usual Costa standards, plenty of parking and looks like an upstairs seating area too, but didn't use it.

Perfectly lovely costa, christmas cake was delicious.
I would also like to say thank you very much to the two members of staff who came to help when I managed to trip and fall in the car park - you were very kind and helpful and have a well stocked first aid kit!

A nice and friendly Costa with the usual good sandwiches, coffee etc. Our favourite Costa.
Food range now full Christmas selection. Still friendly and helpful staff.
The staff always make the difference and they are good here.

Nice coffee shop near proximity to the motorway and the ibis hotel. Nice prices, clean store and really nice staff

Nice place. It's good because there is an upstairs and a downstairs which means, during busier hours, it's not that crowded. Lots of variety as well and special offers. Staff are really friendly to and while I was there someone had spilt there coffee and the staff were there immediately no questions asked.

Had the valentine's cold drink. It was a mixture of raspberry and dark chocolate ice drink. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was not worth it. The other iced drinks are far tastier. The combination of flavours do not work together

Very good system in place here,as you enter through the main door you'll find the hand sanitiser stand,socially distance floor marking stand -on circles/direction arrows in place & protective counter screens.Very pleasant staff service when placing my initial order & receiving the drinks ! You then leave the store via another exit only door .I tried the New Vanilla & Coconut Latte which was ok but wouldn't rush back to have another one ,the Gingerbread latte being my favourite drink choice
