Speaking solely about the food section, as this was the only bit we visited, put simply this is how all M&S foods should be. It's a 45-minute journey for us to visit, but well worth it. Nice wide aisles, fully stocked shelves, lots of open tills and a huge selection. I honestly did not know M&S offered such a comprehensive range of food as even the mid-sized shops seem to have very little choice. Not M&S meadowhall. You can legitimately do a full shop here without the need to top-up elsewhere.

I wanted to buy some bras and usually when I ask for help, in any shop, staff always points out there are lots of varieties and to have a look around but never really help me to buy the right size and all. But today I found Anne. She was amazing and so lovely. Went above and beyond. Helped me with the measurements and pointed out one according to what I described that I needed. Honestly, makes all so much better for the clients. I really want Anne to know that I was impressed with all the help and kindness making my shop stress free. Really appreciate her kindness. Thank you. I will come back and look for Anne to help me again.
