Popped into the shop looking for a coat .found the one I wanted no size on shop floor asked lovely girl named Courtney. She looked everywhere. Then looked in different places found the one I wanted ..a massive thankyou Courtney they are lucky to have such excellent staff I hope your manager sees this review x

Normally our visits to M & S earns 5 stars but today the cafe proved a bit of a let down. With big queues over lunchtime only one till was in operation in the downstairs cafe. Also my large cappuccino only came with a not very full cup. It was too busy to return to complain! On the bright side our service in the collection point was excellent
