Speaking solely about the food section, as this was the only bit we visited, put simply this is how all M&S foods should be. It's a 45-minute journey for us to visit, but well worth it. Nice wide aisles, fully stocked shelves, lots of open tills and a huge selection. I honestly did not know M&S offered such a comprehensive range of food as even the mid-sized shops seem to have very little choice. Not M&S meadowhall. You can legitimately do a full shop here without the need to top-up elsewhere.
I wanted to buy some bras and usually when I ask for help, in any shop, staff always points out there are lots of varieties and to have a look around but never really help me to buy the right size and all. But today I found Anne. She was amazing and so lovely. Went above and beyond. Helped me with the measurements and pointed out one according to what I described that I needed. Honestly, makes all so much better for the clients. I really want Anne to know that I was impressed with all the help and kindness making my shop stress free. Really appreciate her kindness. Thank you. I will come back and look for Anne to help me again.
Nice big store within Meadowhall shopping centre. You can always find something here to buy as my mother did. The staff here are really friendly and chatty which I liked. They’ve changed to paper bags now in the store and they’re quite stylish I found 😂
Foodhall is located on the ground floor.
I did need help choosing a red wine as a present, but was told no one was available to help. As I don't drink red wine I had no idea which to choose.
At the checkout the lady was very pleasant, polite and helpful.
Well done m&s cafe Meadowhall… mistake made with food order which meant order didnt go through. Staff super apologetic and fab customer service - given another coffee and cake to compensate. Food order sorted 😀
Always loads of stuff here that you don't get at " smaller" M&S 's You HAVE TO try the turkey toastie with dipping gravy and fries in the cafe DELICIOUS
Shukri was really helpful and welcoming guiding us to wear the skirt we were looking for was, her kindness and positivity on a very busy Sunday afternoon was extremely refreshing and the best service I’d received in the whole of shopping mall all day. An asset to the Marks and Spencer’s team at Meadowhall :)
Over the past few years buying clothes has been a dream. The clothes have been up to date with the fashion world.
Great produce. Fruit and veg is always fresh. Great choice of ready meals too and snacks.
Popped into the shop looking for a coat .found the one I wanted no size on shop floor asked lovely girl named Courtney. She looked everywhere. Then looked in different places found the one I wanted ..a massive thankyou Courtney they are lucky to have such excellent staff I hope your manager sees this review x
Normally our visits to M & S earns 5 stars but today the cafe proved a bit of a let down. With big queues over lunchtime only one till was in operation in the downstairs cafe. Also my large cappuccino only came with a not very full cup. It was too busy to return to complain!
On the bright side our service in the collection point was excellent
Single-origin coffee in store is great. I think they doing Honduran these days
Unfortunately didn't have stock of clothes I went for, but overall a pleasant experience, good range of food, although best before dates would be helpful.
Good range of shops in 2 floors. Prices are a bit high, but good quality
