Visited on a Saturday around midday, not very busy, ordered on the machine, only waited a few minutes for our food to be ready.
The food was hot and tasty. The diner was spotlessly clean and the staff were polite and helpful.
Good experience and I would recommend and return again.
Excellent customer service and friendly team. They have two separate modern till sections for customers and delivery drivers.
The team is very helpful and always serves with a smile. They provide quick service and respect everyone even if you are a delivery driver or customer. The best thing is they provide free drinks for delivery drivers. Highly recommended 🤩👍
Strangely clean unlike most KFCs i have been recently. A member of stff keeps cleaning the tables and environment. Impressed

First time here and absolute 10/10 !! Clean establishment. Good crowd in and out. Staff friendly and just seemed happy to be working together. Food was better than any kfc I've had before as well really was.

went through the drive through and was asked to park up and wait for my order. your staff member Ben brought my order out, I noticed they forgot my bottle of cola, I felt bad for sending him back but it was absolutely no trouble for Ben and brought me out 2 bottles as a way to apologise. Fantastic customer service. he mentioned that he was new to the job and I've got to say you have hired the right guy for the job. what a lovely lad.

What a difference! Gave up on the deliveroo delivery, absolutely dreadful! Went through the drive through instead, lovely staff, super polite and friendly (while I’m ranting at the deliveroo customer service, the order didn’t go through but they’ve cancelled it and are refunding in 3 to 5 days) fast service, fresh, hot, delicious meal. Lesson learned, drive through or click and collect from now on, it’s cheaper and more reliable and a much happier experience.
A decent eatery with quick home delivery services.
KFC isn't what it used to be. The coating certainly isn't, but it's ok.
I call here when I'm at the Peaks and fancy some chicken.
