If I could I would give zero . I never received the food ordered through Uber eat . Apparently taxi driver tried to contact with me : he rang on my old phone despite the fact I upgraded the phone number . The meet point was on my door , nobody knocked to the door . The refund was rejected twice by uber eat , restaurant doesn’t pick up the phone . I lost 26£

Worst takeaway I’ve ever had in my life. All food tasted disgusting £35 worth of food all in the bin. Waste of my time and money. Chicken and beef undercooked and all food was greasy and had no taste at all. Came in greasy boxes and the bag ripped with the amount of grease coming off the food. NO ONE ORDER FROM HERE , trust me you will regret it

Ordered from Just Eat and wasn't happy with the food. We ordered a Munch Box which came and the meat was old and dry, the beef was pure batter with little to no meat on the bone. The "salt and pepper" chips had absolutely no seasoning on them and were pretty much plain other than two slices of pepper in the carton. We spent £28 and didn't receive the free prawn crackers and spring rolls which come with orders over £18. Have ordered from here before and been impressed but tonight it was just not up to par, quite upset and have contacted Just Eat and received a refund.

Disgusting food Yet again... King prawn curry that consisted of small rock hard dare should I say King Prawn!! The curry was watery and full of chunky onion and nothing else. And the egg fried rice has never seen a fresh egg or rice!!!! Forget what I have said about this place the y have taken the Mickey for long enough!!! Go to Harborough Avenue where the food is fresh and hot and a king prawn looks like and tastes like a king prawn!!! And as a bonus top lad delivery driver!!! South rd tut tut tut you will not get my custom no more....disgusting!!!!!! And when I rang up to complain I was met with a volley of abuse, would not let me speak to a person in charge or the chef!! I can't afford to be throwing £17.50 away which I had to with the slop they sent!

Do not use these. Waited over 2 hours. Called them no one answers but every now and then it's engaged. As no communication, we were starving and could not wait any longer especially when no one answers the phone (which says i called 14 times) ended up making our own meal. Finally get through and asked wheres our meal she said it was on the way. I told her not to bother as we have eaten now and that I wanted my money back - They said they would call the driver back, and hung up, the driver still tried to deliver and I made him take it back - tried to call them again to get money back but they still wont answer... it's been over 4 days now and the money has gone out of my account so I guess I've just been robbed of £15 just to really stick the knife in.

Delivered quickly, but we were missing a main chicken dish and two portions of chips, when we rang, they basically told us we were lying. After about 40 minutes of arguing down the phone she agreed to send us out the food that we paid for... we are still waiting. Food was average at best, especially when its cold because we had to wait for the rest of it to arrive.
