Food was to a good standard, however prices are a little on the high side. Waiting times are longer than expected. There was only one persom giving out the orders, there should be 2 or 3 as the services are quite busy. Considering the amouny of sales they are getting, they should reallu have more staff. But food was okay so cant complain.

Great fast food lunch - I chose the kids cheeseburger meal (no lettuce or mayo!) The screens are not wiped (or wipes provided - to clean before use) Protective screens are provided in some areas. The tables and floors are spotless - well done blonde lady! 😁 The toilets are also clean but the driers are blowing cold - probably due to lack of use by lots of customers. There is a discreet TV screen at the back of Starbucks should you need a catchup on Covid 😷 or new USA President 🇺🇸😂 There is also an area for eating outside, if you can cope with the cold ❄️🌬️🥶

The guy (not sure of his name) was very well mannered, very polite and helpful. Time and date 8/2/23@11:45 am, it’s nice to see a friendly face upon being served and spoken to without attitude, give this lad kudos. He needs the recognition he deserves.

Went to BK because KFC had pretty much run out of everything. Had a Bacon Double XL. Probably more expensive than it had any right to be but that's motorway service stations for you. The burger was great though. Almost certainly terrible for me, health wise, but pretty much what I needed. Staff were friendly too.

Visited late afternoon on 17/09/20. Site as a whole was practising social distancing and the BK was setup in their way. 3 quick order screens available and food was ready quickly. Food I had was freshly cooked and hot and presented as ordered. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Good service and veggie burger and regular burger excellent value for money. Fries very crisp and fresh. All round good - only issue was some order machines not working.

plant based whoppers and royales! only thing I couldnt do is order a Coke or Coke zero as they are not vegan at BK. perhaps it's due to their drinks machine. same for vegetarians though as they can't order through the touchscreen.

There's bluelight discount so that's a point. Its quite pricey 🤒 but very yummy. Good value for money but can you be less expensive please
