Myself and partner was looked after by Luke the manager who was exceptionally attentive. He even went so far as to bring across a bowl with some tic tacs after over hearing myself and partner having a conversation about me having garlic butter on my meal! It really amused us! He took time to chat with us & due to my obsession with cheese, he didn't hesitate to come back to our table to grate me a second helping of cheese, he left shortly before us and we was passed across to Kyle who was also very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was fantastic. Thank you both of you! We will be sure to visit this particular branch more often as we don't get this level of service at other Bella Italian's we've visited.

Went to book online but no availability until 7.30pm, however chanced a walk in opportunity and found there were plenty of tables available. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. On ordering we found that over half our order wasn't available (one of the orders wasn't recognised as an item on the menu until it was pointed out), including sides but guess that was due to folk ordering with money off vouchers as we were. The meal was about the price I was expecting to pay (with the voucher) but would not have been happy to pay the full price.

We were a party of give adults and a baby. We went to Bella Italia for my twin grandsons birthday. We were seated ar a table where we could leave the baby in the pram. The starters were excellent as were the most of the mains. We had taken a cake with us. The manager brought the cake, with the candles alight. During dessert the baby got a little fractious so I walked him around the restaurant. The staff did not mind and the restaurant was large enough not to disturb the other customers. Lovely atmosphere and a very enjoyable birthday dinner. We were also given a discount (Blue Light card) Thanks.

We were a table of 3 ordering pizza and bbq ribs. Despite receiving a pizza that tasted way too sweet they offered to replace it with something else. They were under staffed and rushed off their feet although they didn’t show it. I was made to feel like there was no hurry Great team, great service, definitely an asset to the company and manager. I work in hospitality too so can understand the stresses. They nailed it!!

The food was fantastic. We chose this place in particular because they can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free/vegan restrictions. The only negative was the exceptionally slow service. Drinks came out reasonably quickly, but the food was 30-40 minutes between courses. I was in a party of 3, and 2 of us got our desserts, but the third dessert took 45 MINUTES to arrive. That, despite the fact that we ordered all three desserts at the same time and it wasn't terribly busy.

A person met me right after I entered the restaurant. I got the menus and haven’t been ignored for a second. The service is quick and warm. Personnel is polite and organised. Got my main and starter as I ordered less than in 10 minutes. Right now I am enjoying good atmosphere and delicious food. Noticed wide range of vegan/vegetarian meals. If you’re here - definitely should try Bella Italia.
