Domino's Pizza

Worst service I have ever received whilst ordering food, the deal prices are misleading with the fine print being so small I had to take a photo with my phone just so that I could read it, the staff are unhelpful and ignorant and to add insult to injury my order last night came to £20 but I was told if I paid £28 (deal) I would get Garlic bread with it...!!? I tried to point out that without the garlic bread it was only £20 so the bread was actually going to cost me £8 but all of a sudden the cashier/employee couldn't understand English..? Really...?

I used to order from the Chesterfield Rd branch all the time and the quality was amazing and the pizza always arrived very very hot. However the last 3 times I have ordered a pizza from Chesterfield Rd it has been very disappointing. The quality of garlic bread has been very poor and every time the pizza has been freezing cold. I always order food for a specific time, and it has always been at least 40min late... maybe thats why my pizza is freezing cold every time. I hope you can improve your service, as it used to be great.

The service was a bit lapse when I arrived to pick up my pizza. There was one person serving and lots of staff standing around talking. Eventually another member of staff decided to serve me. Meanwhile our pizzas had been going cold. I commented on this and was told they were kept on a hot plate, unfortunately, the top one goes cold, this happened to be mine.
