I came thru 15 minutes ago ordered nacho belle grande, I got no meat, a clump of refried beans barely cheese and miniature portion with drink for $8.50. When I called to complain someone picked up the phone and hung up on me 3 times!!!

This taco bell needs the manager fired. I have a disability and I was told that if I was unwilling to use the kiosk to order I would not be served. 5:28 on a Sunday sad that they didn't have enough employees that they couldn't help serve a war injured veteran.

They messed up our breakfast order and wouldn't fix it because they stopped serving breakfast 2 minutes before they actually should. Shorted us a hash brown. If this were the first time I wouldn't have bothered but they just can't seem to do anything right 100%. Save your "they're short staffed" blabbering. It isn't like we have a big order or a difficult one.

This was a very poor experience they seemed like they are unable to handle very minor problems. It's obvious that training is needed for communication and unplanned shortages. Wait times were also exceptionally long for rather small orders.

Food is always made perfect to order, employees are always friendly. Whomever was making the food on June 5th at 11:00am.... You made our food exceptionally great today!!!!

Wasn't impressed, didn't expect to be either. There are cigarette butts all over the outside of the restaurant. I ordered 2 burritos with no tomato, of course tomato was in there. I had lettuce pieces in my bean burrito which shouldn't have any, so I can only assume the assembly area inside had random food scattered all over. Did I eat it? Yeah, I knew going in what I was up against. I will not return to this location, I will still eat Taco Bell just not from here. I value cleanliness in a food service environment.

I am appalled. I knew that there was a reason that they didn't give me my receipt and I had to ask for it. My Mexican pizza was thrown together and my taco had owed cheese on it those covered in white powder I'm not sure whether is moldy or just white powdery cheese I have no idea but I'm not eating it. And I will not be back to this Taco Bell ever again.
