Dunelm Pausa Cafe

If the last time you went in the cafe was a while ago, it’s definitely worth another visit. We had a delicious garlic and mushroom tart with salad and coleslaw, potato wedges, and what tasted like home made tomato soup and a roll, and a cup of tea for just over £10. Makes such a difference to have an alternative option to the usual toastie/panini as a vegetarian. Massive improvement to the old cafe. Nice place to sit for a shopping break, and staff were very professional and patient with some children who came to the cafe till. 10/10

First time shopping here, was helped by a lovely member of staff called Leanne, really helped and talk me through some products i was enquiring about even helped me with my measurements. Great customer service!! Downstairs all merchandise and fantastic displays, upper floor next to the instore cafè wasnt done as good as the lower floor. Was hard to look at items as they was all scattered about and missing labels. Overall should definitely shop there again :)

First visit here with my mum. She is unsteady on her feet and I was pleased to see that they provide wheelchairs for customers who need them. Had something to eat in the cafe, very tasty and came away with a number of books which are donated and sold for £1 to raise funds for charity. Brilliant idea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The item I went in for was out of stock but we will definitely be back again.
