Dropped in on the walk up to Hillsborough Park from the city centre. Saturday afternoon, it was surprisingly not as busy as we expected, despite an event at the park. App wouldn't let me pay so ordered via the self service screens instead. Food was ready fairly quickly. Best salad I've had recently at a Maccy's. Really fresh and a decent portion. It went well with my chicken tenders, although they were a little dry. Thankfully the sauce sorted that out.
Very clean and the staff always treat the customer nice. We always want to eat here because there are too many offers and not expensive. Also they had a table outside so we could eat with our dog.
Wow - what a visit. Met by Roland who pointed out a nice table to us and brought our food over (even though we hadn’t requested table service). I then watched Roland walk around interacting with all the customers like it was some fancy restaurant,just going completely above and beyond for everyone. What an amazing team member. Get that man a serious promotion. I’ve never had a maccies experience like it.
