Doner Summer

I have a dairy allergy which normally leads me to vegan options. I do eat meat, so it’s king of annoying BUT the vegan meat at Doner Summer is a dream. You can’t go wrong with this dirty vegan street food spot. Even my partner loved it and he avoids vegan! I can’t wait to go back and try every option!

We finally managed to crawl out from under our lovely Magic Sunflower rock to try out the fabulous Doner Summer 😍 and it did not disappoint. The cocktails were gorgeous, I had a pina colada and an espresso martini and also tried my partners sherbet lemon, all beautifully presented and delicious. It took us a while to decide on food as they all sounded so good but ended up settling on the chick'n'parm teller and the chick'n gyros kebab to share. Both dishes were very tasty and we both agreed that it was the best faux me*at style vegan food we'd eaten out so far. It was the perfect amount of food and we snaffled the whole lot with not a crumb left. We particularly loved the fried chick'n on the teller 😄 ! The staff were also lovely and very attentive and made us feel valued 💖. We will definitely be back and can't wait for our next visit 😍🌻

Great place for some vegan junk. I had the doner Berlin kebab and my son had the spicy chckn box which comes with chips. The portions were massive! The place itself was very clean, the lady serving was extremely friendly and it wasn't too far from Sheffield City Centre (20mins). I'll definitely go there again when I visit Sheffield next time. 😉

This vegan restaurant is simply fantastic. The fried "chicken" is to die for. If you haven't been, you're missing out. Service has been fantastic both times we have been, the table service having a perfect blend of polite, funny and knowledgeable, without being intrusive. A brilliant experience all round. Staff were very friendly and helped us out when making the order. The order did not take long to prepare and even after a short walk the food was still hot. The prices may seem a bit steep, until you see the portion sizes, which are more than enough for two people let alone one! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try and eat vegan! Will be coming back :)
