I work nearby and frequent this place on my lunch breaks! Food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Great service especially from Praveen who always goes above and beyond for my needs! Can't recommend enough.

Really nice friendly engaging staff. Often, staff at these rail station places are bored, and don't really interact with you. Caitlin served me today, she was lively bright and energetic, she really lifted my spirits. Everyone you interact with has an effect on your day, and she and her colleague really uplifted mine. Great work ladies, be proud of you!

Not everyday you experience, at a train station, a friendly face talking to the customer in front of you with the familiarity of serving a regular. And then, when it's your turn, they try their best to understand your customised order and make sure they make the coffee to your taste. That's what I got from Caitlin. A great way to start the day!

Picked up a TooGoodToGo order from the store this evening and was served by Caitlin. She was very friendly and had a joke about the lack of options left at that time of the night (only a couple of varieties of sandwich left). Service was brill and she was willing to walk me through the order pickup process as it was my first time picking up! Sandwiches were brill also - I loved the bhaji butty!

I ate here when I was stopping by for the Sam Smith concert. Was really hungry after a long train ride and bought some sandwiches. I was served by Mr. Abdul who was working there. He was very kind, smiled graciously and served with enthusiasm. He has excellent manners and customer service. Thank you so much Abdul you’re an asset to Upper Crust Sheffield.
