Been to the Purple Lobster a fair few times now, never had a problem. Fish and chips have always been nice and the staff have always been really friendly and polite. The portion sizes are good. Absolutely no complaints at all. Would recommend.

The food is good and the staff are fab. I'm sure it's not the case but the boss seems to be quite shouty towards the staff each time I've been in.

I do quite a few reviews on fish and chip shops and must say this was possibly the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. It is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend the journey.

Tried it the first time, and it was absolutely gorgeous food, so we went back again the next week again it was gorgeous food and staff was friendly, as all food is cooked fresh expect to wait at busy times but in my opinion its worth the wait, they only take cash also so make sure to go to a cash point first

Absolutely lovely! We had fish and chips, fishcake and chips and a curry sauce. Not too greasy with good portions too!
