Great location, my favourite cafe to get the laptop out and do some work in. Always friendly and helpful staff. Food is only so-so, and the coffee is fine but not quite worthy of 5 stars.

Coffee was absolutely delicious, ordered some toasted baguettes which got a little overdone however the staff member was kind enough to ask if we wanted them redoing. Food was tasty and service great!

one of the best coffees ever had, so had a refill. i used to go in this shop all of the time when was Neros coffee...The Coffee now its changed to the Copa caffe is the best coffee ever..was.late back from lunch as had to have a 2nd cup

Really delicious coffee here, I would confidently say one of the better coffees in Sheffield. I come fairly regularly and it has a nice vibe. Matt is really great.
However, at least in the morning it’s not fair to have one member of staff - to the customer or staff member. It makes me as a customer feel stressed and guilty for adding to the persons workload.
The loyalty scheme is one of the worst I’ve come across, 10 visits for a free coffee (not 10 drinks, you have to literally do 10 transactions. Not 9 and get the 10th free. Literally. 10. Transactions. Why bother?)
Edit: they have changed the scheme to be stamp per coffee so I increased the star rating to a well-deserved 5 :) )

Local to the office and makes for a nice coffee shop drop in at lunch time.
Food is OK, not the best range for choice but generally it's OK for a snack, light lunch.
Coffee is nice but I always have to request extra hot because the drinks don't come out as the hottest.

Called in her for a coffee, really good drinks and friendly staff, comfy environment and enjoyed the coffee so much we had a second to take away, at 20% discount. We will be back

Dropped in whilst my car was being MOT’d at Kwik Fit (close-by). Really good coffee and cake. Friendly staff and a nice ambience. Liked the half price refill arrangement too. Will call in again.
