It used to be really good but lately the value for money has gone down massively. We bought a large portion of chips between two people and this is what we’ve got. Very disappointed as it’s not even what would normally be a regular portion …
I do not review often but this was the worst fish and chips I have ever had! The fish and chips were anaemic, so much so that my fish was soggy and chewy not crispy. Will not be going back here again! I understand Fridays are busy but after waiting half an hour in store i'd expect my food to be cooked properly.
Tasted aa though they had fried the Bread Crumbed Cod in Batter. I prefer my Fish in normal Batter
Had donner meat today. Son had large cod. Cannot fault the quality perfect thank you
We've had fish and chips from here a couple of times and the first time it was soggy batter, the second time ( because we give the benefit of the doubt) I struggle with having skin on fried fish. I've never come across this before and it's weird and not enjoyable. For this reason we probably won't be buying the fish here again.
Really nice food. All cooked fresh when i arrived and staff were also really friendly. Will be back!
