Morrisons Sheldon Cafe

We have been in this cafe number of times. Service is always slow. Staff behaviour is always average. They are not very energetic or enthusiastic. I think they need to hire more staff. Food is always fresh and good. You can order from online too. Plenty of free car parking spaces available. Huge verity for vegan and vegetarians.

Thank u to Charlotte, Jo & Sarah cafe staff, for the outstanding service 😃 was just a flying visit to the area, but these ladies went above n beyond to make me & my family comfy n welcome, on both occasions. Will say hello next time I'm there!!! Lovely menu, so Morrisons, please keep this cafe open and going, cos it's a lovely little place that's homely, especially when you're staying in a nearby hotel & you miss home style dinners. 5 stars to the ladies. However, I would suggest that Morrisons add more allergy friendly foods eg. Lactose free milk, cheese, and gluten free bread sandwiches etc to the menu and the supermarket ready made lunch aisles, because that would make it 5 stars! And everyone gets to enjoy! Hot Food could have been a smidgen more tastier (chips/peas slightly dry) perhaps this due to the cooking facilities eg. Halogen ovens used instead of iron skillet? I'm not sure, but I think that's something that Morrisons up top need to see to and develop better - Also, please Keep cafe prices at this great low price 😉 well done cafe team 👍

The staff were very friendly and the fish ,itself, was great quality melt in your mouth however the chips were a little dry and mushy peas were a little under seasoned but otherwise it was lush. The recently refurbished cafe still shows personality of what it looked like before however things like the table number holder should've been replaced because a lot of grime has built up on it and that kind of brought 'new' feeling back.
