Spacious store with plenty of parking. Plenty going on as displays were being changed, all hands to deck. One thing that I thought could help out both customers and staff would be an instruction sign as you enter the restaurant (like they have in Premier Inn restaurants). Step 1..find a table and make a note of the number. Step 2.. select your order from the menu. Step 3.. go to the counter and order. Step 4.. return to your table, sit with your friends, and chat (or stare at your smartphone screen) while you wait for your order to be brought to you. Staff were friendly and helpful I did feel a bit sorry for them having to explain the order process again, and again and again.

Lovely little garden center, like hollybush but with more focus on gardening (obviously) Noticed loads of wet floor signs because the roof had leaks (hopefully this is getting sorted as it spoils the look of the place) Nice little petstore inside for all your pet needs. Cafe inside was nice and spacious but expensive & the roof leaks in the queue line.

We came in today looking for a house plant, we can't recommend Jenna enough, we found a zz plant she had rescued after heavily over watering and helped us find the perfect potting mix and extra stuff to help us make sure we had everything we needed to help it survive and thrive She was so helpful on talking to us about other houseplants we want in future and helped us locate everything her customer service was, exceptional and so friendly!! Update! Thanks to the tips and information given the plants have grown so much and are thro living! They know what they are talking about

Great shopping experience at Dobbies. My daughter got herself a great bargain with some very sensible staff members. Absolutely our first call of Garden centres.

This is a lovely garden centre, that also has an aquatics,a Works store, a small Waitrose,a cafe/restaurant,with indoor & outdoor seating,a soft toy play area, there was a clothes store, however I cannot remember the name of it. There are 2 toilets, some by the main doors & some behind the cafe/restaurant. It is disabled access & everything is on the ground floor. However, there is not that many disabled parking spaces, which brings me to my reason to why I've only gave it a 4 star which is,some things can be more expensive here,it would be nicer if there was more disabled parking space and the poor condition of the car park (full of potholes) let's the place down.

Great soft play area for our 18 month old granddaughter. Toast and drinks came almost at the same time....definitely better than previously when we'd eaten food and drinks still hadn't arrived! We enjoyed a lovely amble around and looking at the fishes.

Lovely garden centre. Everything is well spaced out. Hand gel at the door and everyone wearing masks. Lovely inshops inside. Sell almost everything and even have a little sainsbury inside. Lovely restaurant and great prices too. The staff were friendly and polite and all had masks on and offered table service. Highly recommend if you haven't been here. Couldn't find anything to fault and will definitely be going back here.
