We had takeaway afternoon tea for Mother's Day last Sunday. It was really enjoyable. The only criticism I would make is that the scones could have been bigger with one fruit and one plain each. There was only one scone each but mine had icing drizzled over the top which was not needed. Otherwise I would fully recommend the afternoon tea from Prego.

35 of us came for Afternoon Tea for my friends hen do. The staff and service was amazing. The chef worked very hard to ensure dietary requirements and food preferences were met. The venue is lovely. Would recommend to anyone!

Cafe Prego has a relaxed atmosphere and is located around a garden shop. Peaceful and relaxed vibes here. Ample seating. Food options are limited in range. But make up for the quality. Tasty and good ingredients used. Cards and cash are accepted. Service staff is super polite and willing to explain the menu without fuss. Great hot chocolate, soup of the day. Went today for breakfast. The sandwiches we had were amazing!! The coffee was absolutely the best ground we have ever had. Service was prompt and staff extremely friendly. Definitely be returning on a regular basis. Also dog friendly which was a bonus!!
