Very nice old fashioned country pub, friendly staff, had a real log fire which was very nice, nothing interesting or local in the beer offered, 10 minutes walk from the train station so was ideal to kill some time when waiting for my train
We are walking The North Downs Way to Dover and stopped in for some refreshing beverages. A delightful typical local with a very friendly and helpful staff. The bartender was kind enough to help us hail a cab to take us to our BnB in Lydden. Thank you.
