Had family stay here recently, they commented on how polite the staff were and how clean and tidy the hotel was. Highly recommend.

Beautiful original wood panels on all walls in the restaurant, and bar areas. Very good service and the prices are average for London.

Lovely quaint hotel, very clean and single room very comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast very good. Lovely feel to the place. Pleasant surroundings to sit outside the hotel and relax or just have a drink. Good parking. Just a really nice place

Had Christmas Day 2017 dinner here and had a really nice meal. Service was good (although a slower pace than normal) and the place was laid out beautiful. Very friendly staff.

Love it here. The staff are so friendly. We got married here in July and love coming back again. Very personal service. Alison is incredible. She always remembers us. She was fantastic when arranging our wedding and so lovely every time we meet her again in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place.

I just visited The Anchor to see some family. We had lunch and drinks. The employees were very nice and the atmosphere very cozy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I did not like the soup. Never mix citrus with soup.

Really nice hotel. Minute walk from a a sailing club and 10mins to Thorpe Park. We just got a basic double room which was very spacious and was pleasantly surprised. Only negative I'd say it's really hard to find a parking spot as it's one shared area between a few hotels and restaurants.

Stayed here for a week whilst on a course, the minute I walked through the door I was freeted by a smile and a friendly conversation. Food was amazing and again the staff were polite whilst serving and rememberes my name from the out set. Its good to be rememberes by name!
Bed wasnt the best but the rooms were cleaned and again I saw the cleaners eery morning on the way to my course and they were polite too and always asked how I was.
Would recommened to anyone else.
Thank you.
