Amazing food and great service! We normally come for the roast on Sunday which is amazing! Had a pizza the other day and that was lovely too, wood fired!

Our go to restaurant for a date night or special occasion. The serving staff are lovely and the food is always delicious with the menu being regularly updated. The cocktails are also great. Will continue returning!

Lovely Sunday lunch for four of us nice atmosphere, great starter and main course and well kept beer.

THE HORSE IN YOUR GARDEN
The Horse provided the food for a family party and all I can say is WOW! The food was amazing and the salads superb! We would definitely consider having them do the food for futures events it was simply amazing to have The Horse at home (or the garden in this case).

Nice pub, some great beers and the steak was delicious, great starters, nothing was too much trouble, staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely return and recommend to anyone

Still sitting here, having had a terrific meal with our family. Food great, wine good, and a brilliant local Charnwood beer. Staff really attentive. Highly recommended!

The team have done a great job since taking over (a while ago now). Good food IMHO (my mates swear by their Sunday lunch), good local bitters and a nice pint of Guinness (can't comment on the lagers) and always a warm welcome. Love the spicy king prawn starter and Monday Burgers are good. Cheers!
