Wow Speechless🤩 just had another fantastic meal with the family!! This is my third time visiting this lovely hidden germ restaurant in Shepton. Big portions sizes for every meal we’ve had, the dessert baklava the whole fam had was fantastic. Sweet service from the waiter tonight, was taken very care off. We will definitely be back! Went here for lunch and it was amazing. Friendly service, and the restaurant was absolutely spotless. Good size portions for an affordable price. We had the pork gyros wrap and chicken Souvlaki. The tzatziki was incredible, we had to order another pot! Lovely seasoning on the chips and fresh salad. Unfortunately the stereo system went down but the friendly waiter was happy for us to play Greek Taverna music on our phone! Very enjoyable experience, will definitely return.

Wow. What a find the second! We stayed in Crosscombe - beautiful but no restaurants or grocery stores. We found this place and it was fantastic! We had the mixed grill. Chicken gyro. Both with chips. Greek salad to share. Red and white wine. Service was great. The food was incredible - fit for a king! This was like an oasis. We had already come from Wells and did not want to drive all the way back for dinner. This place was just perfect!

This place is amazing, a beautiful restaurant in the centre of town. The staff can not do enough for you, attentive (but not in your face) and always there with a helpful suggestion or advice on the menu. The only reason I have dropped to 4 stars for service is that when we were there one of the staff was brushing her hair behind the bar, which obviously doesn't sit well with food hygiene standards! Apart from that, the food was amazing, and plenty of it, and all at a realty good price. We have been here many times and will be back!

I live in Australia and travel around the world often for work I have to say the chicken was the best I’ve ever had so tender and juicy with amazing herbs, great service and a lovely restaurant, will hopefully be back to visit again before I leave. 5 stars all round and highly recommend. Definitely up there for best food I’ve ever had.

We've been here several times now and we love it! Good atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff, lovely to have a Grecophile's bolt-hole so close to home. Can't understand the complaining review from the lady saying she 'doesn't eat shaved chicken ' (actually gyros is monumentally delicious and is THE street food of Greece so she may actually have preferred it to the souvlaki), but maybe staff misheard her order, after all she appears not to be able to spell souvlaki so her verbal pronunciation may also be a bit vague. Either way, souvlaki or gyros, moussaka or pasticcio, it's all good here! We'll be back soon. Yas!

Wow what a find! We looked for a restaurant prior to an evening tour of Shepton Mallet Prison and this little gem didn't disappoint! Lovely restaurant on the High Street, makes you feel like you are in Greece. Authentic food, plenty of choice on the menu and the portions were generous. Great service from the friendly staff. Highly recommended if your in the area
